This is the Aura Color Control Cream. “Face It CC Cream is a color-controlling cream that brightens your complexion.”
This is the first CC cream that I’ve used. My skin is oily and prone to breaking out, so I thought I’d see if this CC cream was a better fit for me. CC cream is targeted to help people with covering up redness and help prevent break outs, more so than the average BB cream.
Cons
I would wear this to work, where I am moving around and get hot easily, and here are my thoughts:
The oil control isn’t great. I would look very shiny and oily after a few hours.
The color is a little too yellow for me, although it may fit others better. It did blend to my skin OK though.
Pros
This covers up the redness well, but not necessarily any better than other BB creams.
It didn’t break me out. I still had a few occasional break-out episodes though.
I really like the packaging–I haven’t seen anything personally like it. It looks like a powder pact, but there’s a small hole in the middle on the inside. You push a button and the product comes out. It’s easy to control the amount. It’s also very hygienic.
It also comes with an applicator pad, which I never used. But it feels nice and is a cute hot pink color.
Here is a comparison of this and a Lioele BB cream I reviewed.
I give this 2.5/5 stars.
I bought this and used all the product. This shows that it was a fine product, however, I’ve used better BB creams. I wouldn’t necessarily buy it again.
